On August 14th & 15th I went had a girls weekend with my mother-in-law and 3 of my sister-in-laws to SLC. We met up with some of their cousins. We had SO MUCH FUN!! That night we ate at the Olive Garden - always yummy!! Then went back to the hotel and played games till 1 in the morning! Oh, and we found out that Rock, Paper, Scissors doesn't work too well with 3 people doing it! I haven't laughed that hard in soooo long! My stomach hurt from laughing so hard. It was hilarious! The next morning we were up bright and early to head out and do some school shopping for the kids. We also went to Tai Pan - I have been wanting to go there for forever!! I loved it and could have stayed there for a couple of hours! :) We ate lunch at The Cheesecake Factory - SOOOOOO YUMMY!!! If you haven't eaten there before it is a must! I had the Chicken Parmesean Sandwich and the Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake! We shopped till we dropped. I was so tired when I got home but had so much FUN! Can't wait till next year. :)
